Is Time Doctor enough to ensure productivity?
How can you communicate with your VMA?
We strictly advise to communicate with the VMAs through our email and if necessary, we can schedule a conference through Google Meet.
CyberEdge has specific applications or software that will allow us, the client, and the VMAs to share files and work on applications or tasks together with ease.
How can you monitor your VMA?
The client may send follow up emails to monitor the progress of the applications that our VMA is working on.
CyberEdge also implements the use of Time Doctor that allows us to closely monitor the efficiency of the VMA through screenshots of the computer screen and activity logs.
How do you ensure that you get consistent high quality work from our VMA?
CyberEdge only hires the most experienced and most suitable people to work with us. To ensure high quality of work at all times, we encourage our clients to communicate well with us about their needs and expectations.

How do you ensure confidentiality in the workplace?
If I don't like my VMA, can I request for a replacement?
Our VMAs have been thoroughly screened and background checked, thus in the spirit of fairness to our VMAs, we will need justifiable reason and at least 36 hour’s notice to give us ample time to review the circumstances.
