The Team
Management
CyberEdge CEO, Felix Carao, has spent the last 10 years perfecting the way Migration Agents operate. His passion for process improvement and desire to help other agents, led him to create CyberEdge. He aims to help migration agencies around Australia become more efficient without having to increase spend, while at the same time generating higher revenue and providing better levels of customer service.
He obtained a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice at Victoria University in Melbourne, and is a registered migration Agent MARN 1069354. He is also a member of the Migration Alliance (MA) and a Qualified Education Counsellor. As well as an accredited recruitment professional and a bona fide member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).
Felix has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management Engineering and has 30+ years of business management experience.
