Specific Training in a Migration Practice
CyberEdge VMA’s undergo rigorous training on all the aspects and intricacies of an Australian migration practice. They are mentored one-on-one by an experienced trainer who has in-depth knowledge of the procedures and processes associated with Australian immigration. The MVA’s complete 23 training modules representing each task that’s performed in a Migration practice.
Before they become a part of your team, they’re placed in an operating Migration practice, in order to hone and perfect their newly acquired skills.
Our skilled Virtual Migration Assistants (VMAs) are highly qualified, experienced, and extremely efficient. They’re not virtual; they are valued team members situated in a different location.
At CyberEdge we provide a range of options to fit your needs. We provide flexible solutions to help you overcome operational challenges. Our Filipino VMAs are experts when it comes to managing complex administrative procedures, as well as liaising with both customers and the Department. Whatever your need, we have an option for you.
Every CyberEdge VMA directly reports to a team leader to support your business with the integration process, training and ongoing management.

Productivity Monitoring
We use Time Doctor, which is an app that tracks the productivity of all your VMAs. This can dramatically improve your team’s productivity by reducing time spent on distractions thereby maintaining a higher level of productivity.
The app automatically monitors what your VMA’s do on their computers during working hours and show how much time they spend on certain tasks.
We will provide you with weekly reports by email, so you have information on how time is spent on your business. You can enjoy the peace of mind knowing that your VMA is on schedule and on task every minute of every hour.
NO need to pay super and withhold Tax to your VMA – Pay only the weekly rate.
